nxus.SYSTEMS Privacy Policy
Last updated: April 22, 2026
This page explains how nxus.SYSTEMS handles personal information, cookie preferences, Saved Interests, request-access workflows, and aggregate market-demand analytics on public commercial pages.
Privacy Policy. This Privacy Policy explains how nxus.SYSTEMS collects, uses, stores, and discloses information when you visit our website, request beta or early access, create or use an account, purchase products, enable Saved Interests, or otherwise interact with us.
1. Information we collect
We collect information you provide directly, including your name, email address, company name, product interests, message content, quote details, request-access submissions, purchase and billing context, and support or operational communications.
We also collect account and service data needed to operate the site and deliver our products, including sign-in state, verified work email status, saved items, preference choices, issued entitlements, order metadata, and basic website security and server logs.
2. How we use information
We use information to:
- operate the website, accounts, commerce, and request-access workflows;
- respond to inquiries, quotes, and support requests;
- issue trials, beta keys, entitlements, and purchase confirmations;
- understand aggregate demand for builder plans and blocked-market follow-up by country;
- maintain security, prevent abuse, and troubleshoot operational issues; and
- honor product preferences and communication choices you explicitly enable.
On public commercial pages such as the builder-plan pricing page, we may infer a coarse country from server-side request geo or trusted proxy metadata and combine it with blocked-market follow-up actions to understand demand by geography. These demand-planning records are aggregated by day and country, may include a coarse state or province code for a small approved allowlist, and do not store raw IP addresses in the business-facing reporting layer.
3. Saved Interests and recommendations
Saved Interests and My Recommendations are optional features. They are activated only after you explicitly accept them. When enabled, we may use the items you save, together with your account, purchase, and support context, to help you find relevant products, documentation, and support guidance.
Reminder or follow-up emails are separate choices and are not automatically enabled when you accept Saved Interests.
4. Cookies and similar technologies
We use necessary cookies and similar storage technologies required to keep the site functioning, maintain sign-in state, remember security settings, and store your cookie preferences. These necessary technologies remain active because the website cannot operate correctly without them.
We provide controls for optional cookie categories covering personalization, analytics, and marketing. These categories remain off unless you enable them through Cookie Settings.
You can review or change your choices at any time using Cookie Settings.
5. Sharing and disclosure
We share information only as reasonably necessary to operate the site, process transactions, deliver communications, host infrastructure, and support product access. That can include service providers such as hosting, email, identity, payment, and source-code platform vendors acting on our behalf.
6. Retention
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary for account operation, product delivery, security, recordkeeping, legal compliance, and dispute resolution. Retention periods may vary by data type, commercial status, and support history.
7. Your choices
You may request access, correction, or deletion where applicable, disable Saved Interests, and change cookie preferences at any time. Commercial, billing, security, or legal recordkeeping obligations may limit what can be deleted immediately.
