Privacy Policy. This Privacy Policy explains how nxus.SYSTEMS collects, uses, stores, and discloses information when you visit our website, request beta or early access, create or use an account, purchase products, enable Saved Interests, or otherwise interact with us.

These demand-planning records are aggregated by day and country, may include a coarse state or province code for a small approved allowlist, and do not store raw IP addresses in the business-facing reporting layer.

3. Saved Interests and recommendations

Saved Interests and My Recommendations are optional features. They are activated only after you explicitly accept them. When enabled, we may use the items you save, together with your account, purchase, and support context, to help you find relevant products, documentation, and support guidance.

Reminder or follow-up emails are separate choices and are not automatically enabled when you accept Saved Interests.
